Service Description

The Energy Package is a unique series of classes for highly conscious athletes. Through previous sessions, athletes show an ability to make thoughtful progress towards their potential. Their focus on effort and attitude breaks down into energy output levels related to their sport and how athletes approach practices and games from an advanced mindset. This powerful series breaks down barriers and builds a knowledgeable and confident athlete.​ + 6 sessions, once a week + 6 - 50 minute 1 to 1 coaching sessions + 2 - 15 minute 1 to 1 guardian or guardian/athlete insight sessions + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete and coach + designed for use in consecutive months, must be used within 3 months + by recommendation only

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellation and/or rescheduling may be completed via online. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the appointment (except for free consultation).
