EAM Coach takes privacy and safety seriously. Parents, please review the following privacy notice.

EAM Coach may collect a parent's online contact information from your child.

A parent's consent is required for the collection, use, or disclosure of such information, and EAM Coach will not collect, use, or disclose any personal information from the child if the parent does not provide such consent.

EAM Coach may collect other personal information in the course of the coaching relationship between EAM and the child, but only with the consent of the child’s parent and in accordance with EAM Coach’s privacy practices.

Parents can provide verifiable consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information collected by EAM Coach by email at cindy@eamcoach.com 

If a parent does not provide consent within a reasonable time from the date the direct notice was sent, EAM Coach will delete the parent's online contact information from its records.

A parent's online contact information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose other than as set forth in EAM Coach’s information practices;

A parent may refuse to permit the child's participation in the Web site or online service and may require the deletion of the child’s parent's online contact information and refuse to permit further collection of information by email at cindy@eamcoach.com
