> What happens if you sense a deeper underlying issue with an athlete?
As part of my certification, I have been trained to put my client first. I value trust and respect privacy, but if for any reason I am concerned for the welfare and safety of the  athlete I will immediately inform the guardian.

> Will you share information the athlete confides in you?
Privacy is an important part of the coaching process and establishing trust is vital. With that being said, three way open communication can provide a lot of important insight and perspective therefore there is a considerable amount of sharing between athlete, coach and guardian.
