Athletes are a work in progress. As they continue to challenge themselves, grow and compete at higher levels new mental performance obstacles naturally emerge. The EAM Strategy Package provides an opportunity to evaluate current challenges, identify areas for continued growth and develop additional mindset strategies and goals to help the athlete stay confident, focused and progressing toward their full potential. + 3 - 25 sessions 1 to 1 coaching + after completing Athlete's Mindset Performance Starter Package + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete, guardian and coach + designed for use in consecutive months, must be used within 3 months
