Service Description

The EAM Refinement Sessions are where athletes continue to sharpen their edge. It is designed to help them level up while building on a strong mental performance base. It's where we sharpen mental training and refine strategies thru the challenges of sport to keep building momentum because what you don't continue to train will be lost. It's normal for athletes to have setbacks or struggle these sessions are the boost to ignite thoughts and action. + 3 sessions 1 to 1 coaching sessions + visualizations as desired + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete, guardian and coach + weekly challenges/homework + most sessions only include athlete + must be used within 6 months
