EAM 4 Month Maintenance Package

Service Description

The 4 Month Maintenance Package is for established athletes that have developed a powerful sports mindset and require limited support. They have experienced growth, implemented strategies, and achieved goals but understand that the mindset, like physical play, is a work in progress. As the athlete reaches new levels, they uncover more adversity. + 8 - 30 min 2x per month 1 to 1 coaching session for 4 months + after completing Athletes Mindset Starter Package + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete and coach + designed for use in consecutive months, must be used within 4 months
