EAM 3 Month Maintenance Package

Service Description

The 3 Month Maintenance Package is for established athletes that have developed a powerful sports mindset and require limited support. They have experienced growth, implemented strategies, and achieved goals but understand that the mindset, like physical play, is a work in progress. As the athlete reaches new levels, they uncover more adversity. + 6 - 30 min 2x per month 1 to 1 coaching session for 3 months + after completing continuation packages of 6 weeks/4 months + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete and coach + designed for use in consecutive months, must be used within 3 months

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellation and/or rescheduling may be completed via online. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the appointment (except for free consultation).
