Athlete’s Mindset Starter Package

Service Description

​The Athlete’s Mindset Starter Package is where insight is created, and growth takes form. Together we forge through what’s holding the athlete back from reaching full potential in specific areas of their sport and develop steps towards progress and confidence. + 6 sessions of private custom coaching + 1 - 50 minute guardian and athlete discovery session + 5 - 50 minute 1 to 1 coaching sessions with athlete + each parent gets 2 - 15 minute phone/email/text conversations + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete and coach + weekly homework; 1% of a day = 14 minutes of mindset work + designed for use in consecutive months, must be used within 3 months

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellation and/or rescheduling may be completed via online. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the appointment (except for free consultation).
