50 Minute Discovery Call

Service Description

​The Discovery Call is the initial meeting between the athlete, guardian and coach. It allows Cindy to introduce herself, her background, and her experience. Through an explanation of sports performance mindset coaching, you will gain an understanding of how the sessions work and how it can specifically assist your athlete in mental areas of their sport to elevate their performance.​ + is coaching right for your athlete? + 1 - 50 minute guardian/athlete discovery session + 20-30 minute introduction and overview conversation + discuss sports performance mindset coaching + discuss athletes strengths and challenges + 20-30 minute 1 to 1 coaching with the athlete  + review of session and sign up!

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellation and/or rescheduling may be completed via online. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the appointment (except for free consultation).
