4 Month Cultivating Confidence Coaching

Service Description

​The Cultivating Confidence Coaching package is a 4 month commitment to continue the athlete's journey toward their potential. The athlete has begun to change their mindset in their sport through the Athlete's Mindset Starter package and will continue to uncover additional elements as their awareness introduces them to opportunities for growth in competition. This long term commitment is an investment into the athletes' confidence and joy of playing. + 12 - 50 minute 1 to 1 private custom coaching sessions + 4 - 15 minute 1 to 1 guardian or guardian/athlete insight sessions + 2 custom visualizations + 4 - 10 minute power play sessions (ex mini session before a competition) + unlimited email and text communication between the athlete and coach + designed for use in consecutive months, must be used within 6 months

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellation and/or rescheduling may be completed via online. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the appointment (except for free consultation).
